You wonder if there will be any cross over in the coaching, Andy Butler was for example manager of one of our League rivals Doncaster Belles. You wonder if/how much it helped Butler get on in mens football?

It seems there are clubs involved where the men's teams are pretty big (Leeds, Newcastle, Wolves) and several from places I've never heard of. Does it follow that the biggest football clubs are likely to have the best women's teams?
